概述
JZWLW無油立式(shi)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)機組,是以(yi)羅茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(又名羅茨(ci)增壓泵(beng))為主泵(beng),以(yi)WLW型無油立式(shi)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)為前級(ji)泵(beng),通過(guo)電(dian)接點壓力表,電(dian)接點真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)表來實現羅茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)、無油真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)的自(zi)動啟閉,自(zi)動保護及整套機組的安全保護的真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)獲得設備。廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)子(zi)、真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)鍍膜、化纖、冶金、熱處理、焊接、化工等行業的真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)蒸餾(liu)、結(jie)晶(jing)、干(gan)燥、聚脂切片蒸粘等過(guo)程(cheng)。
它除(chu)(chu)了具(ju)有(you)一般羅茨真(zhen)空(kong)泵機組的(de)(de)某些特(te)點外,由(you)于采用無(wu)(wu)油真(zhen)空(kong)泵(本產品(pin)過流(liu)部分采用無(wu)(wu)油潤(run)滑和(he)無(wu)(wu)油密封(feng)技術作為(wei)前級泵,能(neng)提(ti)髙真(zhen)空(kong)清潔度,可獲潔凈(jing)真(zhen)空(kong),特(te)別適應抽除(chu)(chu)遇油反應的(de)(de)氣體及(ji)無(wu)(wu)可冷凝、無(wu)(wu)壓(ya)縮凝固性氣體(如CO2/環戊二烯、苯、甲苯、醇類(lei)等(deng))的(de)(de)工業的(de)(de)工業流(liu)程中。
工作原理及結構特點
JZJW型羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)往復泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)無油真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)是(shi)由(you)兩大(da)部分(fen)組(zu)(zu)成,即泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)部分(fen)(抽(chou)氣(qi)部分(fen))和(he)電(dian)源控制(zhi)部分(fen)。JZJW型的四級(ji)(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)部分(fen)是(shi)由(you)三臺羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)和(he)一臺WLW型往復式無油真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)四級(ji)(ji)串聯而成,其中(zhong)(zhong)無油真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)叫(jiao)做(zuo)前級(ji)(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),與(yu)被抽(chou)容器(qi)相(xiang)聯的羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)叫(jiao)做(zuo)主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)級(ji)(ji),與(yu)前級(ji)(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)和(he)主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)級(ji)(ji)相(xiang)聯的羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)叫(jiao)做(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)級(ji)(ji)。如(ru)果(guo)去(qu)掉中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)級(ji)(ji)一臺羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),就(jiu)(jiu)構(gou)成JZJW型三級(ji)(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu);如(ru)果(guo)去(qu)掉中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)級(ji)(ji)二(er)臺羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),就(jiu)(jiu)構(gou)成JZJW型二(er)級(ji)(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu),本型號二(er)級(ji)(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的極限真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)為133Pa,三級(ji)(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的極限真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)為15Pa,四級(ji)(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的極限真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)為1Pa。
由于(yu)普(pu)通型(xing)(xing)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)不(bu)能在(zai)(zai)大氣(qi)下起(qi)動(dong),故須在(zai)(zai)排氣(qi)端預先(xian)抽成真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),然(ran)后再起(qi)動(dong),所以在(zai)(zai)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)出口須配備前(qian)級(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(簡稱前(qian)級(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng))作為(wei)(wei)預抽泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)。對于(yu)JZJW四節機(ji)(ji)組而言(yan),主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)級(ji)的(de)(de)前(qian)級(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)為(wei)(wei)2號(hao)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),2號(hao)羅(luo)茨(ci)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)前(qian)級(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)為(wei)(wei)1號(hao)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),1號(hao)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)前(qian)級(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)為(wei)(wei)無油真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng);對于(yu)JZJW型(xing)(xing)三(san)級(ji)機(ji)(ji)組而言(yan)(去掉2號(hao)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)),主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)級(ji)的(de)(de)前(qian)級(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)為(wei)(wei)1號(hao)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng),1號(hao)羅(luo)茨(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)前(qian)級(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)為(wei)(wei)無油真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng);對于(yu)丿ZW型(xing)(xing)二級(ji)機(ji)(ji)組而言(yan)(去掉二臺中(zhong)間泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)),主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)級(ji)的(de)(de)前(qian)級(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)為(wei)(wei)無油真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)(beng)。
各級(ji)真空泵之間的抽(chou)(chou)速(su)(su)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(后級(ji)泵抽(chou)(chou)速(su)(su)與前(qian)級(ji)泵抽(chou)(chou)速(su)(su)相(xiang)比(bi)(bi)(bi))要符合(he)一(yi)定的比(bi)(bi)(bi)例。考慮到在高抽(chou)(chou)速(su)(su)比(bi)(bi)(bi)下(xia)前(qian)級(ji)泵配(pei)用功率和抽(chou)(chou)排氣能力(li)的不(bu)(bu)足對后級(ji)真空泵的不(bu)(bu)利影響,一(yi)般抽(chou)(chou)速(su)(su)比(bi)(bi)(bi)不(bu)(bu)宜大于3,而以取抽(chou)(chou)速(su)(su)比(bi)(bi)(bi)為2左右(you)為佳(jia)。
由于(yu)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)具有(you)優(you)良的(de)(de)抽氣(qi)特性(在(zai)低壓下具有(you)大(da)的(de)(de)抽速(su)),且(qie)在(zai)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)的(de)(de)極限真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)范圍內使(shi)用羅(luo)(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)作為后(hou)級真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng),總能比前級真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)提高一個數(shu)量極的(de)(de)高真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(如前級真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)度100Pa,那未使(shi)用羅(luo)(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)作后(hou)級真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng),就可提高到10Pa,余(yu)類推)。由于(yu)羅(luo)(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)子與(yu)轉(zhuan)子,轉(zhuan)子與(yu)泵(beng)腔均(jun)無(wu)機(ji)(ji)械接觸,無(wu)須潤滑(hua),故其功率損耗就明顯(xian)小于(yu)具有(you)相(xiang)同(tong)抽速(su)的(de)(de)其它類型(xing)機(ji)(ji)械真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)。又由于(yu)前級真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)采用無(wu)油潤滑(hua)的(de)(de)無(wu)油真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng),對(dui)抽除遇油反應的(de)(de)氣(qi)體和尾氣(qi)需(xu)回收的(de)(de)工業過程,特別適(shi)宜。
